ApeosWare Management Suite 1 – End-Of-Support Announcement

ApeosWare Management Suite 1.x End of Support is due to Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 are approaching the end of their support lifecycle.

 

With this, ApeosWare Management Suite 1.x support does not provide:

  • Patch release
  • New device support
  • New OS support

Customers who use ApeosWare Management Suite 1.x should migrate to ApeosWare Management Suite 2.x to enjoy the full support provided by Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific. For customers who unable to meet the end-of-support deadline are still allow to receive the extended support for:

  • FAQ/Tech Info update
  • Help Desk
  • Trouble-shooting
